We agree it with you before your trial ends

Talk to us before your trial ends and we'll suggest what fits. Your data stays on your computer whatever you decide.

What it won't cost

  • No charge for AI usage: the local model is free, and your own online key carries no markup
  • No IT project: you install it yourself
  • No card to start, and nothing charged automatically at the end of the trial
  • No charge for data: your business files stay on your computer; we hold only the name and email on your licence

How billing works: your trial runs for 30 days with no card. Near the end, we ask whether you'd like to continue and agree the price with you. If you say nothing, Helix simply stops, and your data stays on your computer. GST or local taxes are added where they apply.

Yes. You get 30 days with everything in the app. Feedback sent from inside Helix adds 10 free days, up to twice.

What happens when the trial ends?

We ask whether you'd like to continue and agree the price with you. Nothing is charged automatically. If you say nothing, Helix stops, and your data stays on your computer.

Do I pay extra for AI usage?

No. The local AI on your computer costs nothing to use. If you add your own key for an online AI, we add no markup.
